You can pay by prepayment, credit card, Klarna invoice and instalments, or PayPal. If you choose the "prepayment" payment method, please transfer the amount due. The goods will then be shipped once payment has been received.

Since the 2021 EU tax reform, we are unfortunately no longer able to let our EU B2B customers automatically set up a tax-free intra-Community delivery in our shop. For this, please contact us directly and personally at info@teemana.com.

Within Germany:
We offer reliable and fast delivery with DHL and Deutsche Post for all shipments, including tracking updates. Unfortunately, we ultimately have no influence on DHL, and delays can sometimes occur.
Normally, however, shipping runs smoothly, so you will receive your parcel within 1-3 days. If you have not received your goods more than a week after ordering, please send us an email so we can look into it.

International shipping:
Depending on weight, shipments abroad are sent via Warenpost International or DHL Parcel.
Delivery within the EU usually takes five to ten days.
Outside the EU, delivery can take up to 3 weeks or longer, depending on the destination.

You will receive this shipping confirmation email as soon as the shipment is scanned by the postal service.
For parcels and international shipments, this happens directly at drop-off. For Warenpost within Germany, only at the distribution centre.

1. Use as a cosmetic raw material:

2. Use as a chemical raw material:
In accordance with the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and the C&L Inventory of ECHA (European Chemicals Agency).

3. Use as incense (traditional use):
When burned, the dried herb releases a slightly tart, sweet and spicy scent that is described as clarifying and grounding.

Instructions:

• Use a fireproof bowl or an incense burner with a sand or clay base.
• Light a charcoal disc and let it glow through completely.
• Place a small amount of the cut leaves/leaf powder on the glowing charcoal.
• The rising smoke releases the aromatic properties.
• Air the room well after burning.

As Artemisia annua is a purely natural product, there may be slight variations in appearance and scent.

The only difference is that Artemisia annua or Moringa cut leaves are the dried leaves of the plant, whereas for Artemisia or Moringa leaf powder the same dried leaves are pulverised with a grinding machine.

Artemisia leaf powder is ideal as a cosmetic raw material, while Artemisia cut leaves are preferably used as incense.

There are no differences whatsoever in the compounds or components.

Our variety of sweet wormwood can have up to 20 times higher levels of selected natural plant compounds, which makes it especially popular as an ingredient in high-quality natural cosmetics.

In addition, the plants usually have no flowers yet at harvest time in late autumn - a feature that makes this cultivar particularly allergy-friendly.

This “masterpiece from nature's green treasure chest” is available exclusively from us.

Guaranteeing Artemisia annua products with high quality standards involves a great deal of effort.

It is therefore hardly surprising that the price of high-quality products is adjusted accordingly, and that comparatively cheap products cannot possibly meet the same quality standards.

For example: a field worker in Germany earns around 100 times as much as a picker in north-east India. For the price we pay our German farmers for 1 kilo of produce, we could get 150 kilos of (brown) wild-type goods from Asia.

Sweet wormwood (Artemisia annua) and common mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) are two remarkable plants from the daisy family (Asteraceae).

The leaves of sweet wormwood are finely pinnate, which gives them a delicate, graceful appearance. Their colour is deep green. The leaves of common mugwort are wider and larger.

The most important difference is that, unlike common mugwort, sweet wormwood (Artemisia annua) contains a high proportion of secondary plant compounds. Neither of them is a food.

Our Artemisia is harvested and packed in Germany exclusively by certified producers and in accordance with the highest quality standards.

Conventional harvesting in Europe usually relies on tractors, which means the finished product contains plenty of "weeds". Our leaves are gently and very carefully stripped by hand by our growers and then processed gently in order to preserve their many valuable compounds and offer you a product of the highest possible quality and purity.

Unlike the usual herba quality, which consists of mechanically shredded plant parts and usually contains 80% stems with no active content, our product is also far more concentrated.

Moringa oleifera grows in tropical and subtropical climates. Our Moringa comes from anamed fields in Cameroon.
The Moringa is packed and ground in Germany.

Euphorbia hirta is also a tropical plant. Our Euphorbia hirta is wild-collected by our staff in the bushland of Tanzania and Congo. Euphorbia hirta is packed in Germany.

Eucalyptus maidenii grows in tropical and subtropical climates. The leaves are picked by our project partner in the highlands of Malawi and packed in Germany.

Lemongrass comes from our farms in Malawi and Sri Lanka and is packed in Germany.

We use exclusively the leaves of the plants, which are carefully stripped by hand and then dried.
Our products contain no stems or flowers whatsoever!

Our cut leaves (formerly "broken") are highly dried, which is the only reason they can also be frozen. To do so, it is best to wrap the bags in a layer of aluminium foil (to preserve the essential oils) and another plastic bag, then freeze them. Before use, let them thaw unopened to prevent condensation from getting in. The products we currently supply will then keep for at least 5 years at minus 18 degrees.

At Tesana, nature is close to our hearts, which is why we follow the ZERO WASTE principle. All our packaging is fully recyclable or can be incinerated without residue and without toxic emissions.

Our PE bags can be reused up to 20 times and can be incinerated 100% without residue into carbon dioxide and water. What matters is handling them properly: after use, we kindly ask you to return the packaging to the recycling loop for ecological
reuse.

Selected package sizes come in recyclable kraft paper stand-up pouches, free from aluminium and PVC. Here too, we recommend reusing or upcycling the packaging several times before recycling it.

Tesana is committed to a sustainable circular economy and participates in the dual waste disposal system.

For one cup, put approx. 1 teaspoon of lemongrass tea into a pot with 250 ml of water, bring to the boil, remove from the heat and leave to steep for at least 15 minutes. Then strain and enjoy. Or bring 1 litre of water with 1 tablespoon of lemongrass tea to the boil, and so on, and drink it throughout the day to treat yourself to something good.
