Anwendung

As a fragrance / cosmetic raw material according to the CLP Regulation:

1. Use as a fragrance

When vaporized, the Artemisia annua plant extract unfolds a characteristic, aromatic-spicy scent, described as clarifying and grounding.

1.1 Scent lamp with water

- Fill a bowl with water.
- Add 3-10 drops of the Artemisia annua plant extract.
- Place a tea light underneath and light it.
- The extract slowly evaporates and spreads its pleasant scent throughout the room.

1.2 Diffuser (electric or with fragrance sticks)

- Add 3-5 drops of the Artemisia annua plant extract to the diffuser's water tank.
- Switch on the device – it will distribute the scent as a fine, even mist.
- Alternatively, you can also use the extract for room diffusers with wooden sticks.

2. Use as a cosmetic raw material:

According to the EU Commission's CosIng database (Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products) CAS No.: 84775-74-6 | EC No.: 283-903-4, Artemisia annua is listed as a versatile cosmetic ingredient. You can use the Artemisia annua plant extract as an ingredient for Artemisia annua ointments, creams, and lip care products.
